How can I join?

However, you can only register when a cycle is open. (We would be making Become an Investor button soon.....Coming Soon ! )
When is the next investment cycle?
We have a current investment seed round open.
Once a cycle is closed it would be very unlikely to open again.
Please contact us directly and see where we are in our investment cycle.
When will I receive my contract and share certificate?
You will receive your contract within 5-7 working days from the day you make a formal investment.
What method of payment available for each Farm Investment?
Depending whether you are making Full payment or Payment Plan.
We are able to take most Credit Cards face-to-face and on phone with our Card Reader. You can ask us to send you Direct Debit link and we would be able to deduct from your account without you needing to do anything in future.

How do I follow up on my Investment?
Enjoy Fruitz is structured to give Farm Investors updates; we send every 6 months an update. Farm updates are written progress reports which includes pictures and videos of the farm cycle.
What is Timeline for Investment ?
Year 1 2019 – Acquiring Farmland
Year 5 2024 – Fruit Plantation Begins
Year 6 2025 – First Harvest
Year 15 2034 – Land Assessment
What is my return after harvest ?
We would be looking at £1547 or 15% of unit price from 6th Year.
You can calculate return for if you own more than 1 unit.
For practical / investment planning purpose, new Farm Owners can expect Annual Income range of £0 to £ 893.7/acre (avg £446.8/acre) from their Farm. Enjoy Fruitz will do its best to increase farming income because we are income sharing partners. However, it is important to understand that there is significant volatility in annual farming income because of various natural factors. Therefore, farming is not suitable for investors expecting regular returns or a tightly defined band of annual income.
What is the minimum and maximum investment on Enjoy Fruitz?
The minimum number of units you can invest in any farm cycle is one, while the maximum is subject to the farm units availability.
Can I visit the Farm?
Ofcourse you can visit depending what Plan you have taken. We would like to allow investors to measure growth and get an experience of the farm activities and operations.
Can I terminate my investment before the due date?
All our farms have specific farm cycle period. We have taken into proper consideration the gestation period required for each farm to go from beginning to the harvest stage. To interrupt the growth life cycle of investment before maturity, will negatively affect our operations, and we will not be able to ‘terminate’ the farm cycle of any given farm. However in certain situations we would let Investor sell their shares on Secondary Market.
What is the duration of my Investment?
It depends on the farm you select, the cycle can run from 6 Years to 15 Years.
Where is the land going to be located?
Land would be located in Madhya Pradesh State of India.
How many acres of land do you want to buy?
In this seed round we would like to buy 30 acres of Land.
How much money do you need in total to get started?
We are looking to raise £200K for this round so we can buy 30 acres of land and have expenses for next 6 years. We would like to hit this target and we would only know at the end of the round whether money raised is enough for us to carry on project or not. We give money back guarantee after deducting expenses if we are able to not reach our round target.
How much of your own money have you put into the business already?
I have add 1 acre land cost equivalent to do market research, location scouting, marketing and I would be adding another 2 acres of land worth of my own money. I have so far given as Director's Loan £4000 and I have been adding £200 every month.
What do you want to grow or rear on the land?
It takes us more than 5 years to create a natural farm ecosystem - one that produces pure mono-floral honey, moringa, pulses, millets, ginger and turmeric, fruits like Mango, Papaya, Guava, Custard Apple, vegetables from Cherry Tomatoes to Okra, Lentils/Dals, free roaming wild chicken, herbs, medicinal plants and much more.
Forest-Farm methodology:
We grow flora and fauna in layers, maximizing the use of each square foot and sunlight and water resources.
• First (topmost) Layer: Large Trees like Neem, Morninga, Subabul, Gooler, Teak, Mango, Mahua, Indian Gooseberry, Chakrota (pomelo), Kadamba, Mulberry, Giloy, etc
• Second Layer: Papaya, Lemon, Sweet Lime, Custard Apple, Cheeku/Sapota, Guavas, and many such trees
• Third Layer: Toor (arhar dal), Urad, Mustard, Suran, Millets like Kodu/kutku/sama
• Fourth Layer: Ginger, Turmeric and similar structure plants, medicinal herbs, and other vegetables like Cherry tomatoes, Okra, Brinjals etc.
• Fifth Layer: Vettiver, Alfaalfa, Lemongrass, Aloe vera, Safed Musli
• Sixth Layer: Free roaming Poultry
• Seventh Layer: Goats and Cows
• Eight Layer: Honey bees: Pristine Mono floral Honeys available: Mango honey, Moringa Honey, Neem Honey, and many other varieties
• Isolated Ninth Layer: Silkworms and similar insects
• Isolated Tenth Layer: Water based Kamal Kadki, Fishes
How long before you are able to sell the first batch of produce?
We are able to provide income from Year 6. It is important to understand that there is significant volatility in annual farming income because of various natural factors. Therefore, farming is not suitable for investors expecting regular returns or a tightly defined band of annual income
Who are your potential buyers?
Retail Stores : We have a farmer network who are ready sellers of the crop to us if we want to procure more food for the retail stores.
Consumer Network : As part of our long term growth strategy in India we are building a consumer network that relishes and stays healthy with our natural grown products, and a modern food supply chain that will include modern food processing technology and cold storage capabilities.
Do you already have some interested buyers who may have placed an order already?
For Fruit Products : Fruit Products are always in Short supply compared to the demand for such pristine products with magical health effects. There is nothing more a living body appreciates than such pristine products. Since we do not use any chemicals for growing or storage, these food products are not available all year round. They come when nature creates them and are readily demanded.
For example, last year the waiting demand for the Moringa honey was 10,000 kgs while we could supply only 2,000 kgs. So we are in process of setting up a Network of customers who can readily interact with us and get regular products that Our forests offer to them.
For Investment in Land : Because farm land is a high quality long term asset, we have buyers from a wide range of investors. Professionals across industries, including Directors/CXOs of companies, have bought farm land from our managing organization over the past 3 years, and we continue to receive strong buying interest from many more such professionals. While the common preference seems to be 5 acres per member, we also have many members holding from 2 acres and 21 acres. All our members have a desire to own good quality land as a long term asset, which appreciates in value while giving annual income.
